eufy Smart Safe is equipped with a built-in 2,600mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery and the battery usually lasts up to six months under normal usage before the battery needs to be recharged. If your eufy Smart Safe is discharging quickly, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

Please launch the eufy Security app > select your Smart Safe > Smart Safe Settings > General > About Device > Check for firmware update, and then update the firmware on your Smart Safe if a new firmware version is available. It is highly recommended to keep the firmware on your Smart Safe updated to the latest version to ensure its performance and reliability.
Note: The 6-month usage per charge is based on unlocking and locking the Smart Safe on an average of twice per day.
