To solve the issue of the baby monitor discharging quickly, please follow the following tips.
1. Reset the monitor by poking the hole on the back of the monitor stand. Some of the baby monitor models’ Reset buttons can be found on the back of the monitor stand.
2. Charge the monitor for 3.5 hours with a different 5V/2A adapter and a different Micro USB cable without using the monitor while charging.
3. Consider enabling the “Sleep mode” feature on the monitor to save battery consumption (Menu > ”...” icon > Sleep mode).
Note: When the sleep mode is turned on, the monitor screen will automatically turn off after several minutes (1/3/5 minutes) according to the setting.
