If your C210 Smart Lock is showing offline in the eufy Security app, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
- Make sure your C210 Smart Lock has enough power and is working properly by unlocking the door using either your fingerprint or passcode.
- Verify if your router is working properly with a stable WiFi connection.
- Try rebooting your C210 Smart Lock by pressing and holding the button that is located next to the micro USB port on the bottom of the lock.
- Try rebooting your phone and launching the eufy Security app again.
If the above troubleshooting steps did not resolve your issue, please connect to the C210 Smart Lock via Bluetooth and update the lock’s network settings by following the steps below.
Launch the eufy Security app > select the C210 Smart Lock > tap the gear-wheel icon located in the upper right corner of the screen > select General > select Internet Connection > select Change WiFi > follow the instructions to configure the network settings.
