Why has HomeVac H11/H11 Pure's suction become so weak?
It may be due to the following causes:
1. The dust collector is too full. Empty the dust collector.
2. There are dust particles blocking the dust collector filter. Wash the filter and make sure it is completely dry.
3. The dust collector is not properly attached and sealed. Ensure the dust collector is firmly lodged into the main body.
4. The battery is low. Please charge the H11 for 2-3 hours.If you need further help, please contact us.
