Why does your E25/E28 RoboVac’s Wi-Fi show an “unsecured network” during the setup process?
Before your E25/E28 connects to a router (your local WiFi network), it broadcasts with its WiFi indicator flashing white slowly (meaning it is ready to be connected), so it can be searched and connected by nearby devices. As a kind reminder, the eufy RoboVac E25/E28 model does not have a separate WiFi indicator light; therefore, when the RoboVac is broadcasting its WiFi signal, the two buttons on the top panel of the E25/E28 RoboVac will flash white.
When iOS devices connect to any WiFi without a password (like public WiFi without a password), it shows an “unsecured network”. Similarly, eufy RoboVac’s WiFi does not have a password, so it shows an “unsecured network”.
Please note that eufy RoboVac’s WiFi can only be connected to one WiFi network. After your RoboVac is successfully connected to your home network, it will no longer exist in your WiFi list.
