In order to help you get through setup quicker, a QR code is provided to let the eufy App know the serial number of your Smart Lock. It’s a core to set up the Bluetooth connection between the device and the app. The Smart Lock’s QR code is located on the battery compartments of the device.

Each QR code is unique as the identification of each device. It’s often used to quickly set up devices and technical support by the eufy team.

Safety

If you lose the QR code on it, there will be no damage to your local data, because only the same eufy account and SN can unlock the local storage data.
