In order to properly install eufy C210 Smart Lock, please verify your door meets the following criteria:

• Door frame and material: Wooden or steel doors
• Cross bore diameter: 38mm or 54mm / 1.50in or 2.13in
• Backset: 60mm or 70mm / 2.36in or 2.76in

Note: This is the distance between the center of the cross bore hole and edge of the door.

• Diameter of the door hole: 25mm / 0.98in
• Thickness of the door: 35-55mm / 1.38-2.17in
• Location of the handleset or bored deadlatch: More than 150mm / 5.91in from the cross bore hole.

Note: Please pay close attention to the outer dimension.
