What to do if my HomeVac S11 sucked up liquids by accident?

The HomeVac S11 series is not designed to pick up water and other liquids. If you accidentally sucked up liquids with the vacuum, try the following to see if the issue can be remedied:

  • Remove the battery, dust bin, and filters and then shake the main unit to get rid of any liquids
  • Wipe all the parts with a dry cloth or paper napkins to remove any liquids present on the exterior of the main unit
  • Dry all the parts under the sun or with a dryer under 40°C.
  • After all the things are fully dried, try to turn on the vacuum again to see if it works.

Please reach out to eufy Customer Support if you have any further questions or concerns.
