What to do if my HomeVac S11 Infinity/Go/Reach cannot be turned on?
If the HomeVac S11 cannot power on to vacuum, it might be caused by the following issues:
- The vacuum is not charged
- The internal part of the vacuum may be clogged
- Some parts of the vacuum may be broken
Please try the following troubleshooting tips:
- Confirm if you were using the original AC adapter that comes with the vacuum and whether the vacuum can be charged normally.
- If the vacuum can be charged normally, confirm if the metal pins on the main unit and on the battery are in good shape:
If the metal pins on the main unit are bent, then it is usually due to the battery not being installed properly. Try to straighten it with a ruler and check if it works.
- If the vacuum can be charged normally and nothing is broken, hold down the On/Off button and check if it displays any error indicators. You can refer to the FAQ What Should I Do if My HomeVac S11 Series Vacuum’s Indicator Is Abnormal?
If the issue persists, please contact us with the following information:
- Pictures showing the charging pins, and the information on the AC adapter
- A video showing the indicator while the vacuum is charging, and the indicator status when the On/Off button is pressed after the vacuum is unplugged from the AC adapter.
