If the roller brush of your E20 robot vacuum does not clean the floor properly, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
-
Adjust the suction power through the app; for instance, increase it to the highest setting to enhance the effectiveness of the roller brush. If the roller brush fails to clean the floor adequately, consider using the 2-in-1 combination tool and the direct suction nozzle to clean it once more.
-
Please remove the high-performance filter and sponge from the robot vacuum cyclone and inspect them for any significant accumulation of dust or debris. If the blockage prevents debris from being sucked into the dustbin and leads to debris spilling during the dust collection process, please clean it before running the robot vacuum.
-
Inspect the roller brush for any debris or foreign objects. If necessary, please clean the roller brush.
-
Ensure that the roller brush is spinning properly while the robot vacuum operates. If the roller brush is not spinning due to increased resistance on plush or thick carpets, we recommend purchasing a soft-bristle roller brush.
-
Check the roller brush bristles for hair tangles. If necessary, ensure that you clean the bristles of the roller brush.
