What should I do if the dog treat icon shows an inaccurate amount of dog treats left?
eufy Pet app displays the remaining amount of dog treats the camera currently has to conveniently let you know when to refill dog treats. Please launch the live view on your dog camera and the icon is located on the main live view screen as shown in the image below.
If your eufy Pet app is displaying the amount of treats is low, please try the following tips to resolve the issue.
- Refill dog treats if needed. Please visit What size of treats can be used with eufy Pet Dog Camera D605? for information on dog treats.
- Clean the treat container to make sure sensors are working properly. Please visit How to Clean the Treat Container of eufy Pet Dog Camera D605 for detailed instructions on how to clean the treat container.
- Restart your eufy Pet Dog Camera by launching the eufy Pet app > Profile > My Devices > Dog Camera > scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap Restart Device.
