What should I do if the WetVac W31 makes noises when in use?

The noise level of this vacuum is approximately 72dB, which is relatively low compared to similar products in the industry.

The maximum suction power of the vacuum can reach up to 12,500Pa when it is working, so it is inevitable for the vacuum to emit noises to a certain degree. Although the sound will not affect your daily life, it is recommended to avoid using it during your lunch breaks and at nighttime.

If you hear abnormal loud noises, please try the following steps:

1. Check if any objects are stuck on the rolling brush.

2. Check if the clean water tank is properly installed.

3. Check if the clean water tank and sponge filter are clean.

If the issue persists, please contact us for further assistance.
