What should I do if the Smart Display E10 fails to detect the inserted microSD card?

Inspect the microSD card to confirm it is not physically damaged. Moreover, please make sure the microSD card meets the following specifications:

  • Type: A Class-10 or higher microSD card that uses SDXC format

  • Speed: UHS-1

  • Capacity: A maximum capacity of 512GB

After inserting a compatible microSD card into your Smart Display E10, it is recommended to format the microSD card to ensure it works correctly. To format the microSD card, tap the gear icon located in the upper right corner of the home screen > select My Device > select Storage > select Format in the External Storage box.
