What is the root-cause?
The L50 Series models provide powerful and lasting 4,000Pa suction, and L60 Series models provide 5,000Pa suction. Normally, the issue happens when the robot's dustbin is clogged/full, the filters need to be cleaned/replaced, or the suction fan has accumulated lots of dust.
How to fix this issue?
-
Empty the dustbin, clean the suction inlet inside the dustbin, and make sure the filters are properly aligned. Ensure that the surface of the filters is not clogged. Make sure to clean and replace the filters when necessary (refer to the accessory maintenance video attached).
-
Clean the roller brush and side brush. Make sure they are properly assembled, especially cleaning the hair wrapped around both ends of the roller brush (refer to the accessory maintenance video attached).
-
Please refer to the attached image to clean the both ends of the roller brush and the square connector on your machine, and then confirm if the roller brush ends and white connector is damaged. If so, please contact the customer to exchange them.
-
Remove the dustbin from the robot, and then hold the robot in an upright position with its front bumper facing upwards and the suction fan facing the floor. Shake out any debris that went into the suction fan. Make sure there is air passing by after you start the robot.Clean and Maintain the Accessories:https://support.eufy.com/s/article/eufy-Clean-L50-L60-Series-Clean-and-Maintain-the-Accessories
If the issue still persists, please contact us with the following information:
-
The exact cleaning mode and suction level of the robot. Additionally, please also try running the robot on the Max suction level.
-
Photos showing the current condition of the roller brush, side brush, brush guard, and filters.
-
A video showing the cleaning performance of the robot. For example, you can place certain dry debris (bread crumbs, pet hair, etc) on the floor and run the robot over to show its cleaning performance.
