What should I do if my eufy Baby Smart Sock does not display any data on the Dashboard?

If your Smart Sock is not displaying any data on the Dashboard in the eufy Baby app, please check the following details to verify if the issue can be resolved.

 
  • The Dashboard’s historical sleep data will only show up after the baby wakes up. Please note that the Smart Sock will automatically detect and determine when the baby wakes up.
  • It will take approximately 15 to 30 minutes for the data to be processed and shown on the Dashboard after the baby wakes up.
  • When the baby falls asleep and a new sleeping cycle starts, the eufy Baby app will automatically send a notification to your smartphone.
