eufy Clean X9 Pro has a minimum clearance height of 13cm, which means that areas with obstacles close to the machine's width or height can easily cause it to get stuck. If the robot gets stuck in such areas frequently, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check the firmware version of the robot. Make sure it is the latest version. We will constantly optimize the algorithm logic to avoid getting stuck in situations as much as possible. Therefore, upgrading to the latest firmware version is recommended.
2. If the firmware is already up-to-date, you can also set No-Go zones or virtual boundary strips in areas where the robot frequently gets stuck. This will ensure that the robot does not enter these areas. You can refer to the video clip(1:48) below to know how to set No-Go zones or virtual boundary strips on the eufy Clean app.
3. If possible, you can measure the height of your furniture. If the height difference is small, trying to raise the furniture can also prevent the robot from getting stuck and can ensure the robot covers the cleaning of those areas.
Following the above steps, you can prevent the X9 Pro from getting stuck in areas with obstacles close to its width or height. If you continue to experience issues, please contact us for further assistance
