What should I do if my X8 Pro Series doesn't charge or power on?

If your robot won't charge or power on, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

a) Please check if the Charging Base/Self-Empty Station's LED indicator is able to light up. If it does not light up, please check the Charging Base/Self-Empty Station to ensure it is properly plugged in, or try another wall outlet/power adapter.

b) If the Charging Base/Self-Empty Station's LED indicator is able to light up, please check for any obstructions/rusts on the charging contacts of the robot and the Charging Base/Self-Empty Station.

c) If there are no obstructions/rusts, manually place the robot back on the Charging Base/Self-Empty Station and adjust its position to ensure proper contact with the charging pins. 

d) Press the Reset button with a sharp-pointed object. (the Reset button is located next to the WiFi light under the robot cover. Please note that resetting your robot will not restore the robot to factory settings, delete maps, or reset the robot's WiFi network), then hold down the Power button for three seconds to check if the robot is able to power on. If the robot does power on, press the Return Charge button to put the robot into charging mode.
