Experiencing water leakage from your X10 Pro Omni's all-in-one Omni Station can be a cause of concern, but with a systematic approach, you can identify the source of the issue and take steps to resolve it. This article is designed to provide step-by-step instructions on how to troubleshoot and resolve the water leakage issue.
Step 1: Inspecting the Clean Water Tank Rubber Seal
The first step in addressing a leak from the Omni Station is to check the rubber seal around the clean water tank. The rubber seal can become worn out when the clean water tank is used over an extended time period, leading to potential water leakage. Please carefully examine the rubber seal for any signs of physical damage such as cracks, tears, or gaps. If you notice any physical damage, please send photos of the clean water tank and its rubber seal to the eufy Customer Support Team for further assistance.
Step 2: Examining the Diry Water Tank Rubber Seal
After inspecting the clean water tank, please also make sure to check the rubber seal around the dirty water tank. Similar to the clean water tank, the rubber seal also can become worn out when the dirty water tank is used over an extended time period. Please carefully examine the rubber seal for any signs of physical damage such as cracks, tears, or gaps.
Step 3: Checking the Cleaning Tray Float
The cleaning tray float is a crucial component of the Omni Station that ensures the proper functioning of the cleaning system. If the float is stuck and unable to move freely, it can cause water to overflow or leak from the Omni Station. Please carefully inspect the float to ensure that it is not obstructed by debris or other objects. Gently clean the area around the float and remove any obstacles that might be causing it to stick. Once the float is moving freely, test the system to see if the leakage has stopped.
If everything is normal with the sealing rings and the cleaning tray, the issue may caused by the one-way valve of the clean water tank is leaking. Please remove the clean water tank, empty the water in the clean water tank, and stop adding clean water. Replace the new clean water tank to see if the issue could be fixed.
If the problem is not solved after replacing the clean water tank, it may be that the internal water pipe is loose and the base station needs to be replaced.
