What should I do if my WetVac emits an audible voice prompt that says " Clean water tank is short of water, please fill it with water"?
If the WetVat emits an audible voice alert during the normal cleaning process that says"Clean water tank is short of water, please fill it with water, please fill it with water", please follow the troubleshooting tips below:
- Check if the water tank needs to be refilled with water, if yes, please fill the water tank with water until it reaches the MAX water line.
- Remove the clean water tank from the main body and clean the water suction port, then reinsert the water tank and press the water spray button to verify the water suction port is able to absorb water.
- Check whether there are bubbles in the clean water tank during normal use.
- Remove the rolling brush cover and the rolling brush, then clean the water spray ports on both ends as shown in the following image. After both water spray ports have been cleaned, please press the water spray button to check whether water can be dispensed from both water spray ports.
