What should I do if my S1 Pro triggers error code EB03?
 

If your S1 Pro robot triggers error code EB03, it indicates the robot has encountered issues described in this article. Please refer to the following step-by-step instructions on troubleshooting and resolving these issues.

 
1. Check the dust collection port at the base station for any foreign objects that might be causing a blockage. You can remove the two screws on the transparent cover on the station's bottom to open it and clear any blockages, or you can pull out the white rubber plug to clear any blockages (if there are any).

2. Remove the clean water tank from the base station and open the dust bag cover to check if the dust bag is installed properly.
3. Detach the magnetic cover on top of the robot and remove the robot's dustbin. Inspect whether the dustbin is full or has blockage at the dust inlet.

4. Remove the dust bag and examine the dust inlet for obstructions.
5. Remove the clean and dirty water tanks from the base station, carefully lay the base station on its side, and then inspect the air duct for blockages. If the air duct is clogged, please refer to the following video for instructions on how to clean it:

  1. Launch the eufy Clean app and proceed to Settings > tap the "S1 Pro" icon > Activity Log Upload > Copy Device Information.

  1. Remove the dust bag and take a photo of the dust collection channel.

  1. Take a photo of the dust collection port at the base station.

  1. Take a photo of the base station's bottom dust collection port.
