What should I do if my S1 Pro shows offline in the eufy Clean app?

If your S1 Pro robot is showing offline in the app, it can be due to several potential reasons. This article is designed to describe these common causes and their corresponding troubleshooting steps that you can implement to ensure your S1 Pro is reconnected to your WiFi network.

Common Causes:

  1. WiFi Connection Issue: The robot may have been disconnected from WiFi or the network connection is unstable.
  2. Poor Network Quality: The overall quality of the network may be unstable.
  3. Distance from Router: The robot is too far from the router or there are too many walls between the router and the robot interfering with the signal.
  4. S1 Pro is Powered Off: The robot might be turned off.

Solutions:

  1. Refresh the App: Try sliding down on the screen in the app to refresh the status of your S1 Pro. If the robot is still offline, open the robot's top cover to check the WiFi indicator light. If it is blinking, the WiFi connection has been lost and you will need to reconnect your S1 Pro to your WiFi network again.

  1. Check Network Status: Open other apps on your phone to observe if the network is functioning well. If necessary, disconnect other devices from the network to improve the quality of the connection.
  2. Move Closer to Router: If the robot is offline due to being too far from the router, it should automatically reconnect once it is moved to a closer range with a strong 2.4GHz WiFi network signal.
  3. Restart the Robot: Power the robot off and on to check if it resolves the offline status. To reboot the robot, please remove the top cover and toggle the switch to the OFF position, wait for a few seconds, and then toggle the switch to the ON position.

  1. Fully Close the App: Exit the app completely, then launch the app and check if the connection status has improved.
  2. Reset the Robot: Please long-press the red "RESET" button for 10 seconds to reset the robot, then set it up as a new device by connecting it to your 2.4GHz WiFi network.
