FAQ 1: How do I clean the robot's dirty water tank, the high-performance filter inside the dustbin, and the base station filter tray?

FAQ 2: How do I enable the "Auto Mop Washing" function?

  • Launch the app and select your S1 Pro > Settings > Base Station Settings > Auto Mop Washing.

 

Note: For larger homes, it is highly recommended to configure settings for the robot to rinse the roller mop every 55 square meters to maintain optimal cleaning effectiveness.

 

FAQ 3: How do I clean/wash the roller mop?

  • Cleaning Operation: Click on the "Base Station" icon in the app's main interface, then select "Wash Mop." You can also long-press the "Mode Switch" button on the base station to initiate the cleaning process.

  • Drying Function: After washing the roller mop, the robot will automatically dry the roller mop, preparing it for the next cleaning session.
