What should I do if my S1 Pro returns to the base station to recharge before a cleaning session is completed?

Please refer to the following common scenarios and corresponding explanations in which the robot will automatically return to the base station.

Scenario 1: Low Battery Recharge

Explanation: When the robot's battery level drops to 10%, it will automatically return to the base station to recharge. Once the robot is charged to 65%, if the "Resume cleaning" function is enabled, it will continue cleaning from where it initially left off.

Scenario 2: Cleaning Task Completion

Explanation: After the cleaning task is completed, the robot will automatically return to the base station to perform subsequent operations such as dust collection, roller mop washing, and roller mop drying.

Scenario 3: Empty Clean Water Tank

Explanation: If the clean water tank is empty during a cleaning cycle, the robot will return to the base station to refill the water.

Scenario 4: Full Dirty Water Tank

Explanation: When the robot's dirty water tank is full, it will automatically return to the base station to empty the dirty water.

Scenario 5: Robot Anomalies

Explanation: If the robot encounters other abnormal situations that prevent it from performing cleaning tasks, it will automatically return to the base station.

Scenario 6: Reaching Dust Collection Area Max Setting

Explanation: When the robot cleans an area and reaches the maximum dust collection value configured by the user, it will return to the base station.

Scenario 7: Mode Switching

Explanation: When switching from vacuuming-only to mopping mode in the app, the robot will return to the base station to rinse the roller mop.

Scenario 8: Trapped for Over Six Hours

Explanation: If the robot gets trapped during a cleaning cycle and remains trapped for more than six hours, the robot will enter sleep mode, and the cleaning task will end. After the robot becomes untrapped automatically or due to manual intervention, it will assume the cleaning task is completed and return to the base station to recharge.

Abnormal Scenario

If the robot's battery level is above 10% and the cleaning task is not finished, it should not automatically return to the base station to recharge unless it encounters other unreported errors or issues.

To diagnose and resolve your robot's issues more effectively, please provide the following information when contacting us:

  1. The robot's cleaning map in the app. It includes the robot's recharging route and the execution of the cleaning tasks.

  1. Select the "Activity Log Upload" button in the app.
