What should I do if my S1 Pro is unable to exit the station or gets stuck inside the station?

Root Cause of the Issue

 

If your S1 Pro's unable to exit the base station, gets stuck inside the base station, finds the base station when returning but then reverses out and finally stops right in front of the base station, and encounters error codes E55, E70, or E72, it is likely due to triggering the anti-drop sensors or the anti-drop sensors being dirty. Please follow the troubleshooting suggestions below:

 

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check for water stains or dirt on the base station and the six anti-drop sensors at the bottom of the robot, as shown in the following images. If there are any water stains or dirt, please clean the base station and the anti-drop sensors with a dry cloth and then check if the robot can leave the base station without emitting errors.

  1. If the first step fails to solve the issue, it is recommended to use opaque tape to cover the six anti-drop sensors at the bottom of the robot, and then check if the robot can leave the base station without emitting errors. If the robot works normally after its anti-drop sensors are covered with opaque tape, the anti-drop sensors are most likely malfunctioning and the robot may need to be replaced.
