What should I do if my S1 Pro emits a noisy sound?
There are several common causes and simple solutions if your S1 Pro emits noisy sound during its cleaning cycle.
- Debris Removal
- Possible Cause: Debris or foreign objects may be stuck in the side brush, roller brush, dustbin, and roller mop.
- Solution: Clean the side brush, roller brush, dustbin, dustbin filter, and roller mop.
- Component Installation
- Possible Cause: The roller mop, roller brush, and side brush are not properly installed.
- Solution: Check if the roller mop, roller brush, and side brush are correctly installed.
- Swivel Wheel Inspection
- Possible Cause: The swivel wheel is obstructed by debris or entangled with hair.
- Solution: Clean the swivel wheel to ensure it is free of foreign objects or tangled hair.
- Brush Guard Inspection
- Possible Cause: The roller brush or brush guard may be deformed or worn, causing it to collide with the brush guard strip.
- Solution: If the roller brush or brush guard is deformed or worn, please replace it with a new one.
- Floor Conditions
- Possible Cause: Uneven floors or large gaps can cause the robot to produce a regular vibration noise when passing over.
- Solution: It is recommended to run the robot when no one is present to minimize noise disturbance.
Note:
- The robot's automatic dust collection process will take 20 seconds. During the dust collection process, the base station will increase its suction power to effectively empty debris from the robot's dustbin into the dust bag in the base station. Therefore, it is normal for the base station to emit noises during the robot's self-emptying process.
