When using the S1 Pro, you might encounter a situation where the floor remains dry despite the robot being in Mopping mode. This issue suggests that the roller mop is not dispensing water as expected. Please refer to the following troubleshooting steps to diagnose and solve this issue.
Step 1: Check the Roller Mop for Moisture
Inspect the roller brush after a cleaning session: After the robot has finished cleaning the roller mop, carefully turn the robot upside down and physically inspect the roller mop.
- If the roller mop is wet, then it indicates that the robot is functioning properly. The roller mop and indicator light should light up when the robot starts mopping, which shows that the robot is dispensing water properly. For further confirmation, please check if there are water streaks on the floor if you have a tiled floor.
- If the roller mop is dry, then proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Log Analysis
If the roller mop remains dry after cleaning, it could be an issue caused by a malfunctioning clean water pump. It is recommended to contact us with the following information:
- A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
- The specific error message or code displayed on the eufy Clean app or voice alert emitted by the S1 Pro.
- If the issue is either a routing or mapping issue, please launch the eufy Clean app > Settings > tap the "S1 Pro" icon > Activity Log Upload > Copy Device Information.
