What should I do if my S1 Pro cannot charge?
 

If your S1 Pro cannot charge, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

 
  1. Ensure the base station is properly connected and powered, and check the indicator lights on the base station that signal the robot is receiving power. Check the power cord on the back of the base station to ensure it is firmly connected. A loose connection can prevent the base station from receiving power.
 
  1. If the base station has power, remove the robot from the base station and press the return-to-base button either on the base station or the robot itself to ensure the robot docks on the base station properly and makes contact with the charging pins.

  1. Locate the charging pins on both the robot and the base station. They are typically metal contacts that protrude slightly to ensure a connection. If you notice any dirt, debris, or buildup on the pins, gently wipe them clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning solutions, as this could cause damage to the electrical components.

  1. A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
  2. The specific error message or code displayed on the eufy Clean app or voice alert emitted by the S1 Pro.
  3. If the issue is either a routing or mapping issue, please launch the eufy Clean app and proceed to Settings tap the "S1 Pro" icon > Activity Log Upload > Copy Device Information.
