1. Check whether the Robot Lawn Mower is stuck in a narrow space or trapped in a pit.

2. To avoid the Robot Lawn Mower encountering the same issue again in that specific mowing area, it is recommended to create a virtual boundary or a "No-go Zone" through the app to prevent the Robot Lawn Mower from entering that area.
