What should I do if my RoboVac G40 Hybrid, G50 Hybrid or G40 Hybrid+ does not mop properly?
Here are some situations that may cause RoboVac to experience mopping issues:
- No water in the water tank
- The mopping module is not installed properly
- Defective water tank
In order to identify the root cause of a specific mopping issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure there is enough water in the water tank.
- Make sure only cold tap water is being used. Do not fill the water tank with any cleaning solution.
- Check whether the water dispensing outlets are clogged.
- Remove the mopping cloth from the mopping module, and install only the mopping module to the RoboVac properly.
- Set standard water level using the eufy Clean app and click the Start button in the app for RoboVac to start mopping.
After running the RoboVac for approximately two minutes, please check whether the mopping module is dispensing water. If the mopping module is dispensing water without issues, simply dampen the mopping cloth and attach it to the mopping module underneath the RoboVac. However, if the mopping module is still not dispensing water, please replace the water tank to resolve the issue.
