If your RoboVac cannot be charged and its LED indicator on the top panel does not light up when it docks on the charging base/auto-empty station, please try the following suggestions to see what will happen:
Step 1: Remove the RoboVac from its charging base/auto-empty station, then try the methods below:
① Power the RoboVac off and then back on. (press and hold the power button for 3 seconds)
② Press the force shutdown button and then press the power button for 3 seconds to check if the RoboVac can be powered on.
If the RoboVac can be powered on, please place the RoboVac with its bumper directly facing the charging base/auto-empty station at approximately 5ft away, then press the home button on the top panel for the RoboVac to return to the charging base/auto-empty station automatically. This method is primarily to make sure the charging pins are connected properly.
After the RoboVac is able to start charging normally, please complete the setup process for your RoboVac in the eufy Clean app and update the firmware to the latest version V.1.7.0001. Please refer to the following support article for detailed instructions on how to update the firmware on your RoboVac:

Step 2: If your RoboVac is still unable to power on after you have completed the troubleshooting suggestions in Step 1, please press the two buttons (power button and "Home" button) on the top panel of the RoboVac simultaneously for 10 seconds to restore the RoboVac to its factory settings, and then try to power on the RoboVac again.
If the RoboVac can be powered on, please place the RoboVac right in front of / facing the auto-empty station /charging base within 4.9 ft, then press the home button on the top panel for the RoboVac to return to the charging base/auto-empty station automatically. This method is primarily to make sure the charging pins are connected properly.
After the RoboVac is able to start charging normally, please complete the setup process for your RoboVac in the eufy Clean app and update the firmware to the latest version V.1.7.0001. Step 3:If your RoboVac is still unable to power on after you have completed the troubleshooting suggestions in both Step 1 and Step 2, please follow the images shown below to manually place the RoboVac on its charging base/auto-empty station to ensure that the charging connectors on the bottom of the RoboVac are properly aligned with the charging pins on the charging base/auto-empty station, and wait for 3 to 10 seconds to check if the RoboVac is able to start charging normally.
a. Hold the RoboVac with both hands as shown in the picture, and touch the front two metal charging connectors with your fingers (no risk of electric shock)
b. Before placing the RoboVac on the charging base/auto-empty station, use the finger that touches the RoboVac's metal charging connector to feel the corresponding charging pin position on the charging base/auto-empty station, and then gradually place the RoboVac down on the charging base/auto-empty station to align the charging connectors and pins.

The viewing angle from the side: The indicator light on the auto-empty station aligns with the power button on the RoboVac, and the gap between the front of the RoboVac to the auto-empty station is approximately two fingers.

Step 4:If your RoboVac still does not power on after you have completed Step 1 through Step 3, it is suggested to look into the possibility of the battery being defective.
