    3. If the dirty water tank is left unemptied for an extended period, it may cause fermentation and unpleasant odors. Ensure you perform regular maintenance on your dirty water tank to prevent it from generating any unpleasant odors.

    4. If you have pets at home and the E28 robot has come into contact with pet waste, leading to an unpleasant odor. In this scenario, the app's Roller Self-Cleaning feature may not fully remove all residue. In such cases, please soak the roller mop into a cleaning solution and manually clean it. Regular maintenance of the roller mop is recommended to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
