If your E20 robot vacuum stops working due to the issues listed below, please try the troubleshooting methods in this article:
-
The edges of small rugs can easily get caught in the robot vacuum's roller brush compartment, which may lead to the roller brush becoming jammed.
-
Thin carpets may be pulled into the roller brush compartment because of the robot vacuum's strong suction power, resulting in the robot stopping operation.
-
Apply 3M Nano tape to hold the carpet in place.
-
Set up a "No-go" zone around the carpet to stop the robot vacuum from cleaning that area.
-
Lower the suction power of the robot vacuum. If the issue persists, it is recommended to utilize troubleshooting methods 1 and 2 to resolve the issue.
Note: If you are looking to clean a small, thin carpet and the robot vacuum overlooks that area, you can adjust the carpet area using the app. For visual guidance on enhancing your robot vacuum's effectiveness in carpet cleaning, please refer to the following video.
