What should I do if there's still debris left after my 3-in-1 E20 robot has collected dust?

If there is still debris left after my 3-in-1 E20 robot collects dust, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Inspecting and Cleaning the Robot and the Base Station

Inspect the robot and the silicone opening of the base station for debris. Carefully remove any noticeable debris or obstructions. Once cleaned, start the robot vacuum again to check if the dustbin can effectively transfer debris into the dust bag located in the base station.

  1. Adjusting the Self-Empty Mode in the App

Open the app and adjust the E20 robot vacuum's Dust Collection mode to "Strong Dust Collection." This setting increases the suction strength, improving the robot vacuum's ability to empty itself and transfer debris from the dustbin into the dust bag located in the base station.

  1. Increasing the Robot Vacuum's Self-Empty Frequency

If you have multiple pets at home or have a household with heavy foot traffic, it is important to increase the frequency of dust collection to clear dirt and debris from the roller brush. We recommend setting the dust collection frequency to every 15 minutes in the app to maintain the robot vacuum's best performance.

  1. Check the Dust Bag Situation

When the dust bag is full, the robot's debris cannot be sucked into the base station's dust bag. You need to replace it with a new dust bag and then confirm if the dust collection works properly.

  1. Choose Pet Option

When using the robot vacuum for the first time, it may collect more hair and debris from areas that are usually difficult to clean. Therefore, we recommend enabling the pet option, which will set the dust collection frequency to 15 minutes. During the initial cleaning task, the robot will clean more debris from the corners, and it will default to deep dust collection. For subsequent dust collections, the robot will default to standard dust collection. If deep dust collection is needed, you will need to select it in the automatic dust collection settings.
