1. Confirm whether the wearing detection sensor is blocked by the cleaning cloth or other objects such as the charging cable when Soundcore Frames are in the glasses case. If the wearing detection sensors are blocked, the glasses will remain in the wearing state and not turn off. 

2. Open the Soundcore app, go to "Laboratory Function" and turn on the manual shutdown function. This allows you to manually turn off Soundcore Frames by long-pressing one side for 3 seconds. Once you've manually turned off Soundcore Frames you can put them in the glasses case.
