What should I do if I cannot find the QR code on my eufy Baby Smart Sock?
The QR code is located on the bottom of your Smart Sock Base and in the user manual.
Every QR code is unique and it is used as an identification of your Smart Sock, which allows the eufy Baby app to communicate with your Smart Sock to quickly connect the Smart Sock to your smartphone via a Bluetooth connection during the setup process.
Note: If you have accidentally lost the user manual or the Smart Sock Base that has the device’s QR code, please rest assured your device’s data will remain safe and secure because only the same eufy Baby account that matches the same QR code can gain authorized access to the device’s data.
