eufy Smart Safe’s Wrong Try Protect function is designed to prevent repeated unauthorized access to your Smart Safe by temporarily locking down the safe from being able to be accessed for a period of time set by the owner.

To enable the Wrong Try Protect function, please launch the eufy Security app > Smart Safe Settings > Wrong Try Protect > enable Wrong Try Protect.

After enabling the Wrong Try Protect function, please configure the following settings:

• Set the number of attempts allowed to unlock the safe from 5 to 10 times.
• Set a lockdown period between 1 to 5 minutes.
