eufy Smart Safe’s Scramble PIN function is designed to make your actual PIN code even more secure by allowing you to enter random numbers before entering the correct PIN code. For security purposes, the actual 4 to 6-digit Master PIN code cannot be repeated numbers (example: 1111) or a sequence of numbers (example: 1234).
To enable the Scramble PIN function, please launch the eufy Security app > Smart Safe Settings > Scramble PIN > enable Scramble PIN.
Note: The maximum number of button pushes is currently 20 digits including the actual PIN code. For example, if your actual PIN code is 1357, you are able to enter up to 16 additional digits prior to entering the actual PIN code to unlock the safe. This allows your PIN code to remain private and known only to yourself if you are unlocking your Smart Safe in the presence of other family members or friends.
