eufy Baby Smart Sock’s Heart Rate Alert notification triggers when the Smart Sock detects the baby’s heart rate is out of the normal range. The Smart Sock will send an alert to the Smart Sock Base and the eufy Baby app will also send a notification to your smartphone to inform you that the baby may be feeling uncomfortable.
When the Heart Rate Alert notification gets triggered, please check on your baby as soon as possible. If the baby is doing fine, you may then tap the Smart Sock Base to put the Smart Sock Base in snooze mode and the alert will then temporarily pause for 10 minutes. If the baby’s heart rate returns to the normal range after 10 minutes, the Heart Rate Alert will automatically stop; if the baby’s heart rate does not return to the normal range after 10 minutes, then the alert will trigger again.
Note: The default normal heart rate range is between 60 to 220 beats per minute (BPM) and it can be adjusted in the eufy Baby app.
The Heart Rate Alert notification can be turned off and the range can also be adjusted in the app by going to the eufy Baby app > Smart Sock Settings > Notification.
