eufy Smart Safe’s Dual Unlock function provides an additional layer of security when accessing your Smart Safe by requiring the user to scan an authorized fingerprint and enter the Master PIN code before the Smart Safe can be unlocked.

To enable the Dual Unlock function, please launch the eufy Security app > Smart Safe Settings > Dual Unlock > enable Dual Unlock.
