What is a preset position

Preset positions are predefined locations for PTZ cameras in surveillance systems. Users can set up to 4 presets by rotating and zooming in on desired locations.

To move the camera to a preset position, select it from the list on the live viewing page. Activity zones can be added to detect movement in specific areas, and presets can be edited or deleted anytime.

What is the preset position used for

They're useful for home surveillance and monitoring high-traffic areas. Adding activity zones helps detect unusual activity. Additionally, you can choose a default position that the camera will always return to after use.
