When you are in a relatively quiet office environment and use Soundcore Frames at a medium or high volume, there may be sound leakage.
Please try the following steps to reduce the sound leakage:
- Download the Soundcore app and turn on Privacy mode, which can significantly reduce sound leakage.
- Listen at a lower volume.
