What if Soundcore Frames auto-play/pause/adjust volumes when used?
Confirm whether the offline voice function is turned on or off. If it's turned on, it's possible that you're saying one of the commands during conversations and Soundcore Frames is picking it up.
Please turn off the offline voice to see if there are some differences.
