When your smart lock is showing “Offline” on the eufy app, please try the following tips.
1. Make sure your lock has enough power and is working (try fingerprint or passcode). If not, replace the batteries or charge the USB port of the smart lock touch & wifi.
2. Make sure your home Wi-Fi is working.
3. Try to reboot your lock by long-pressing the reboot button at the bottom of the lock near the micro USB port.
4. If all of the above has been checked and your lock is still offline, you can connect the lock via Bluetooth and change the network setting in device settings.
5. Make sure the Smart Lock is working on the latest firmware version.
