If your carpet & upholstery cleaner is leaking water, please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

1) Check if the dirty water in the dirty water tank has exceeded the Max line and clean the water tank promptly. When the full capacity indicator light on the LED screen flashes or if you notice the water has reached the Max line, please empty and clean the dirty water tank before using the machine again.

2) Please refer to the following images to ensure the machine is always being used in the correct position during the cleaning process. This will prevent water from leaking from the machine.

3) Check the dirty water tank cover assembly and sponge. Make sure they are clean and free of debris. If necessary, please clean these parts thoroughly.
