What Should I Do if My X8 Pro Series Is Not Dispensing Water?

If your X8 Pro Series is not dispensing water while mopping, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

a) Reinstall the mopping pad holder and check if there is a voice prompt saying "Mop pad holder installed". If the robot does not emit such a voice prompt, the magnet on either the mopping pad holder or the Hall sensor may be missing or isn't functioning properly. Please try removing the filter and placing the filter magnet in the corresponding position of the mopping pad holder magnet on the robot (as shown in the following pictures). If there is a voice prompt saying "Mop pad holder installed", then the mopping pad holder needs to be replaced with a new one.

 

b) Please try wetting the mopping cloth before the robot starts mopping, and do not add any non-eufy cleaning solution to the water tank. To purchase eufy cleaning solution for your X8 Pro Series, simply visit the official eufy website.

c) Please check if there is any foreign object blocking the water outlets on the water tank.

d) Please check the water level setting in the eufy Clean app and increase the water level to Max to observe if your robot is able to dispense water when it mops.
