What Should I Do if BeatLight B32 isn't Connecting to the App?

BeatLight B32 is supported by the Soundcore app. If BeatLight cannot connect to the app properly, please try these steps:

 
  • Make sure you have turned on your phone/tablet's Bluetooth
  • Restart BeatLight
  • Keep your device within 3ft/1m of BeatLight
