What Should I Do If My Flare+ Can Not be Connected to a Computer?

If there is a connection issue from your Flare+ to a computer, please try these steps:

 

1. Reboot your computer by turning off and then turning on the Bluetooth of your computer.

2. Clear all pairing records on your computer.

3. Factory reset Flare+ by holding the Bluetooth and Vol+ buttons for 8 seconds to restore factory resetting. And your speaker will automatically power off if it resets successfully.

4. If the steps above did not help, try upgrading the Bluetooth driver of your computer to its latest version.
