What Can I Do to Prevent Watermarks When Using My X8 Pro Series?

The X8 Pro is a highly efficient robot renowned for its superior cleaning performance. However, like all devices, it may occasionally encounter issues, such as leaving behind watermarks after the robot finishes mopping the floors. However, this specific issue can be addressed by following a few simple steps:

 
  1. Ensure Adequate Wetting of the Mopping Pad: Prior to using the X8 Pro, it is crucial to ensure that the mopping pad is adequately wet. This facilitates even water absorption, which can help prevent the formation of watermarks.
  1. Correct Installation of the Mopping Pad: It is important to ensure that the mopping pad is properly installed on the mop pad holder. It should be pressed flat to prevent creases that can lead to watermarks.
  1. Adjust the Water Level: If the water level is excessively high, it can result in watermarks. In such situations, it is recommended to adjust the water level to 'low' or 'medium'.
  1. Do Not Use non-eufy Cleaning Solution: Please note that adding non-eufy cleaning solution to the water tank, it can result in residue and cause damage to the robot.
 

By following these tips, the X8 Pro can effectively minimize leaving behind watermarks after it mops the floors, ensuring that the X8 Pro continues to deliver an exceptional cleaning performance.
