Voice Alerts & Quick Solutions for the X10 Pro Omni
It is extremely important to understand that different errors indicate different causes. Please refer to the following table for different error codes and their troubleshooting steps.
Note: If the robot continues to emit audible voice alerts or experiences issues with the WiFi connection, please try the troubleshooting steps listed below.
- Power on/off the robot to reboot it.
- Press and hold the Recharge and Spot Cleaning buttons simultaneously for three seconds to reset the robot's WiFi network. (only for WIFI issues)
- Press the Reset button to reset the robot and then restart the robot to set it up again. This action forces a power-off restart. Please be aware that this will not restore the robot to factory settings, delete the map or reset the network. After executing a forced recovery, ensure to restart the robot.

Wheel stuck. Check the wheel and move robot to a new position. | There may be objects caught around the wheel. Check the gap between the wheel and the machine, remove the materials, and then turn the wheel to make sure it can move freely. |
Error: Wheel module error. Please contact customer service. | Something might be wrong with the robot's wheel. Check the gap between the wheel and the machine, and turn the wheel. If an error is still detected, please press "Feedback" to contact customer service. |
Foreign objects may be stuck in the suction Inlet, please check. | 1. Please check the underside of the robot, remove the brush, and check whether there are foreign objects stuck in the brush cavity. 2. Dump the garbage in the dustbin. |
Error: Suction fan error. please contact customer service. | The fan of the robot has failed, please press "Feedback" to contact customer service. |
Roller brush stuck. Remove and clean the roller brush. | 1. Check whether any foreign objects are wrapped around the roller brush. 2. Take the roller brush off to check whether foreign objects are wrapped around the roller brush. 3. If there is a lot of hair on the floor, increase suction power when cleaning to prevent the robot's roller brush from getting stuck. |
Error: Roller brush error. Please contact customer service. | There's something wrong with the robot's roller brush motor, try again later. If the error still occurs, please press "Feedback" to contact customer service. |
Side brush stuck. Please check to remove foreign objects from the side brushes. | Check the side brush for foreign objects and remove them. |

Please insert dustbin and filter. | Please open the robot's cover and reinstall the dustbin and filter. If the filter is not installed correctly, dust may enter the fan and cause damage. |
The dustbin has not been cleaned for a long time. Please take it out and clean it. | Please remove the dustbin, dump the contents, and clean the filter. |
Insufficient water in tank. | Please remove the water tank and fill it with water. (Note: If you add cleaning solution not recommended by eufy, it may cause damage to the pump and affect normal usage.) |
Error: Water pump error. Please contact customer service. | There is an issue with the water pump which may mean that the water in the tank cannot reach the mop, please press "Feedback" to contact customer service. |
The robot’s water tank is not installed. Please insert now to continue. | Please insert water tank. |

Error: Mop pad holder motor error. Please contact customer service. | The rotary motor or lifting motor of the mop pad holder is faulty, please wait and try to use again later. If it happens again, please press "Feedback" to contact customer service. |
Laser sensor may be stuck. | The robot's laser sensor rotates in real time. Please check if there are any foreign objects preventing it from rotating normally. |
Laser sensor may be blocked. | Check whether there are any foreign objects around the top of the laser sensor. If there are, remove them. |

3D ToF error. Obstacle avoidance may be affected, please contact customer service. | Please check whether the "forward view" module of the robot is blocked. If it is dusty, wipe with paper towels or a soft cloth. |
Something is wrong with the camera and may affect obstacle avoidance. Please check. | Please check whether the "forward view" module of the robot is dusty. If it is dusty, wipe with paper towels or a soft cloth. |
Wall sensor not working, please check. | Please check and clean the sensor on the right side of the robot. If it is dusty, wipe with paper towels or a soft cloth. |
Front bumper stuck, please tap the bumper. | 1. Please tap the front bumper to make sure that it can move. 2. If the front bumper is stuck, remove the front bumper and reinstall it. |
Error: Ultrasonic sensor error, please contact customer service. | The ultrasonic carpet detection sensor on the bottom of the robot is abnormal. It may cause the robot to identify the carpet incorrectly. Please press "Feedback" to contact customer service. |
Ultrasonic sensor error. The performance of the robot on carpet might be affected. Please check. | The ultrasonic carpet detection sensor on the bottom of the robot is abnormal. It may cause the robot to identify the carpet incorrectly. |
Laser sensor cover may be stuck, please check. | 1. Please check if the laser sensor cover is obstructed, and remove any foreign objects that may be stuck there. 2. If an error remains, press the laser sensor cover and make sure you can hear a clicking sound. |
Charging connection failed. Please clean the charging pins and charging point. | 1. Turn off the robot and disconnect the base station from the power supply. 2. Wipe the charging contacts of the robot and the base station. 3. Restore power to the base station and place the robot back on the base station to check if it can charge normally. |
Error: Battery error, please contact customer service. | Something's wrong with the robot's battery, and it may not work normally. Please press "Feedback" to contact customer service. |
Low battery, robot is shutting down. Please charge. | Please manually move the robot to the station for charging. |
Low battery, scheduled cleaning failed. | Robot's battery is low, please charge it and try again. |

There is a communication error between the robot and the station. The station can not operate normally, please check. | 1. Check whether the infrared sensor of the base station and the robot is blocked, and whether there is dirt. 2. Restart the robot to resume use. |

The station's dust bag is full or there is a foreign object stuck, please check. | Please check: 1. Whether the dust bag is full: if so, please replace it with a new one. 2. Whether there is larger trash (such as paper balls) in the dust box: if so, please clean the dust box. |

Task in progress, failed to start scheduled cleaning. | The previous task has not ended, and the scheduled cleaning has not been carried out. |
Route unavailable, unable to reach the target point. | Path planning failed to reach the selected area for cleaning. Please try again. |
Robot tilted. Put it on a flat surface to start. | Move the robot onto level ground to start, otherwise it may not move properly. |
