Refresh Device Status: Place your thumb on the phone screen and pull down the device list to refresh its status.

HomeBase Connection: Check if your HomeBase is disconnected from the router. The LED indicator on the HomeBase should display a solid blue light; if the indicator is a red light, it indicates that the HomeBase cannot connect to the Internet.

Battery Level: Press the ring button on the doorbell. If the LED indicator does not light up, the doorbell may not have sufficient power to function properly.
